Director of Education - T. Shane Peagler
Shane has been the Managing Attorney at Neff Injury Law for almost ten years. During that time, the Firm has obtained jury verdicts and settlements of over $150 million. Shane also has an active trial and appellate practice with the Firm.
Shane earned his law degree at Georgia State University College of Law and served as Vice President of the Moot Court. While in law school, he clerked for the late Justice P. Harris Hines of the Supreme Court of Georgia and the Honorable Alice D. Bonner of the Fulton County Business Court.
Shane started out as an educator, not a trial lawyer. He began his career teaching courses in writing and rhetoric at Clemson University. In addition to teaching, Shane spoke at conferences and workshops around the country and wrote and edited publications on teaching, reading, and rhetoric.
When away from the practice of law, Shane enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, playing guitar, and collecting vintage blues memorabilia.
