Founder - Michael L. Neff


Mike Neff founded Neff Injury Law in Atlanta, Georgia in April 1996.  Since 2011 alone, Mike has been lead counsel in verdicts totaling over $100 million.  

 

Mike has been lead counsel in several record-setting verdicts, including: a $9 million verdict in a negligent security and rape case; a $2.79 million verdict in a grocery store fall case resulting in Complex Regional Pain Syndrome; and a $35 million verdict against Six Flags in a premises liability case.

 

In 2017, Mike was lead counsel in two trials resulting in $54 million in verdicts against an international car rental company, its agents, and an employee who stole a car and catastrophically injured two women.

 

Mike’s practice focuses on premises liability cases resulting in serious injury or death.  He has litigated a variety of cases against apartment complexes, property managers, landlords, security companies, supermarkets, and other big box retailers.  He is author of two books on premises liability, both published by Trial Guides: Premises Liability: A Guide to Success and Advanced Premises Liability: A Guide Through Trial.

 

Mike also handles cases involving tractor trailer wrecks and other motor vehicle cases involving catastrophic injuries.  He has litigated cases in Georgia and has been associated on cases in other states.
