Advisory Board - Robert D. Bohm

Robert D. Bohm has been a trial lawyer for over 43 years. He has offices in Washington State and Arizona, where he represents individuals in cases involving wrongful death and serious injury arising from incidents involving falls, and from property related insurance bad faith claims handling.

Robert earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona. He is certified by the State Bar of Arizona as a Specialist in Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation. One of a select few chosen in more than one state, he has a multi-year "Super Lawyer" selection in Washington and Arizona. He has been named a “Best Lawyer in America” in the area of Plaintiff’s Personal Injury and his firm has been named a “Best Law Firm in America”.

Robert is admitted to practice in all Washington and Arizona state courts, the U.S. District Courts in the states of Washington and Arizona, the 9th Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals, and before the U.S. Supreme Court. 

Robert is an Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice.  He previously served as president of the Arizona Association for Justice.   It has been a member of American Association for Justice since 1983.
